Over the past year, Fabcor experienced several meaningful milestones that strengthened our foundation and positioned us for the future.
We achieved another record year in sales, a reflection of the strong partnerships we’ve built and the confidence our customers place in us. Alongside that growth, we reached record employment, continuing to expand our team to support increased demand while maintaining the culture and craftsmanship Fabcor is known for.
We also made significant progress on our 44,000-square-foot building addition, a major investment that will enhance our capabilities, improve workflow, and allow us to better serve our customers now and into the future.
These wins are more than numbers on a page. They represent consistency, long-term thinking, and a team that takes pride in making it happen every day.
What Lies Ahead in 2026
As exciting as the past year has been, what’s ahead has us even more energized. Our focus moving into 2026 is centered on smart, intentional investments that strengthen Fabcor for the long term.
New Technology on the Shop Floor
We are continuing to invest in advanced manufacturing technology with new TRUMPF press brakes and additional Flex CNC machining centers coming to the shop floor. These additions will further enhance precision, efficiency, and capacity — allowing us to support our growing team while delivering even greater value to our customers.
Driving Efficiency Through Systems
In 2026, we will also be implementing a new ERP system, Fulcrum, which will play a key role in improving visibility, communication, and operational efficiency across the organization. This system will help streamline processes, support smarter decision-making, and allow our team to focus more time and energy on what they do best.
Together, these investments are not about chasing growth for growth’s sake — they are about building something sustainable, intentional, and lasting.
